Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

**For local pickup orders, the 7 day return window begins when I send you a "ready for pickup" email. Not 7 days from when you pickup, as I do not know which date everyone picks up. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Store credit will be issued. Buyer pays return shipping! All items are FINAL SALE! 

To start a return, you can contact us at mississippiblondie20@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer pays return shipping!

PRE:ORDERS VIA FACEBOOK:

All preorders have a listed ETA, while most of them arrive on track there are occasionally manufacturing delays that is out of my control. Pre-orders are placed specifically for you and can only be cancelled if delayed by more than 14 days from original ETA. If this is the case, you will be issued store credit. In addition, your comment is your commitment to pay. Without paying in a timely manner will result in being removed from the group. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items must be inspected within 3 business days of receiving to be eligible for a store credit. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
We DO NOT offer refunds, but will happily give you a store credit that can be used on purchasing in the future.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was accepted or not.
